Arrive to Puerto Rico July 25, 2025 and was met at airport , when I tell you guys car was in perfect condition, smelling good, full tank and very easy transaction. What an amazing experience with Blacktie Car rental this will be only company I rent when I come to san juan area! Great customer service and very easy going as far a renting car! Very satisfy with my experience!!!

Black Tie Car Rental exceeded all expectations! From their easy-to-use website to outstanding communication, the entire process was seamless. Their customer service was top-notch — especially impressive considering the multiple flight delays we experienced. They stayed in touch the whole time to make sure we were taken care of. Even after arriving 5 hours late, our vehicle was waiting for us exactly as promised. No hidden fees, just smooth, VIP-level service throughout. I’ll absolutely be renting from them again on my next visit to the island. Highly recommended!

First time trying a direct delivery/pickup, and zero issues, fast service, and very friendly. Car pickup was a breeze even with a 15mile destination. Communication was easy and the car was amazing. I was also upgraded to a larger size SUV for family of 5. After dealing with the 'big name' rental companies, never again. This Company was great!

I highly recommend renting from them. They were very helpful and friendly. Our flight got delayed and we arrived pretty late. We waited no more than 10 minutes when they arrived at the airport with the vehicle that was impeccable and very nice. Pick up and drop off was easy no hassle at all. Definitely book with them.

Hands down the best car rental company in Puerto Rico. I would recommend them over and over again. There was an issue with the rental car I had, however they addressed this quickly and drove another car to where I was staying. Communication was great, pick up and drop off at the airport terminal made it so easy.
